I know you might think that I am been silly, but anybody who is a "Foreigner" will understand. Even though the system SHOULD NOT discriminate because of your skin color, race, etc. We are an Hispanic family with Hispanic names, and the perp is a white american guy. His crime should be dealt with regardless of that, but I have suffer to much discrimation, I have actually beeing shut out of places for being "ILLEGAL", which I migh add am not, I am a US citzen be birth, and so are my girls and my H became a citizen more that 17 yers ago. i want the letter to sound very American as to not let the judge, Judge us because of being "Hispanic". My way of phrasing stuff, and my very thick accent works against us and i need this to be very good and real for the judge to not be bias because of him been white and us not. I have no prove that the judge is this type of person, but I rather be safe than sorry.
