Benn missing you ... Glad yo see you back on th board. Ive been really busy tring to help olderhalf sis with her kids stuff , custody and the like I need to talk to her again today to see If they picked it up her in Atl, the last word I got was that DHR Mobile was refering it back up here to get TPO in her county. So hopefully that is in the works. After almost 25 days with mom the kids seem so much healthier than they did when they first arrived.Shehas fairly well made up her mind that shes not taking them backno matter what.. After taliking to a family law attorney up here she made the point that while collecting evidence for CA case is slow and that the Judge may try to "hold her in contempt" on the technicality that she didnt return them when she was suppoesd to, there is a greater possibitly that he may see it as neglectfull if she DID retirn them right now afer beingisclosed to on the abuse. I hadnt thought of that BUT... it is a very good point and I think easily validated too argue that this is more the case in this situation.. and In lite of that he would probably overule any contempt charge she might be held with. I AGREE. After all we are only talking about withholdong them for 17 days untill custody hearing not 6 mnths or more . Im sure that his atorney is going to try to go there.. BUT with all the agencies involved here and our statements as to the comments and condition of those kids when they came here I doubt if any sane person would see it as applicable. So Anyway.. Work has been Very busy, Im glad for that it has kept me going. The prozac seems to be helping My D a lot her mood has been much better.I still lay in anticipation of HIS areest and interogation.. That will probably happen after this case with the kids is settled. So I really need to get my head back around it.. UgH... I think Ill write a book...
