You weren't tying to make it political nor was I I was just trying to say that things aren't ALWAYS as they seem sometimes...that was my point...in the message I was trying to portray! As for the therapists...I agree...100%! And I was just trying to give you some advice on the questions you asked in your first post...I know this is really hard for you right now Debi having absolutely no control over anything that's going on with this whole process...but my best advice and it was advice given to me was to be the calm, assertive one in the whole process. You have to not let them see you squirm...you have to be as in control of yourself as possible and keep your cool. They will take you more seriously if you conduct EVERYTHING in a professional manner. It's like being in a job interview. Every little movement you make is being criticized. Even though YOU aren't the one on trial you are still a very big part of the whole process and you can help a HUGE amount in the case! I was told not to get angry with anyone else(I could vent with my lawyer if I needed though, lol), cry, yell. Just be polite and professional.
I just thought I'd pass on the advice to you that was given to me...from a wonderful friend that went through the same thing! Thanks Karen!!!! gina...have you talked to her lately???
Anyway...like I recommended before...maybe the therapy records can be subpoenaed?
