Have any of you been able to proceed in criminal charges without forensic evidence? All I have are thier SA therapists reports and CPS reports. Enough to nail him? We have a lot of detailed reports just not sure that they will even persue criminal charges without forensics. So discouraging . . . our legal system here is so screwed up.
