I agree with B....

While others may tell you that your case will "probably noy be prosecuted due to lack of evidence" I personaly agree with B. My own experience has shown me that yes the system in most states is ILL equipt to deal with this HOWEVER a LOT of it depends on your own determination to keep pushing it. In my case I talked to many people, therapists ,law enforcement agencies, DA;s offices, CPS. And it took me 3 year to finnally get it too an nvestigator that cared enough to ursue it. Many just "didnt want to do the work" as the case was "OLD". Even my invetigator let me know that MY pushing it was a neccesary element n the on going case.. I let them know straight from the begining that I had no intention of ever lettingf this go.. And am still working on it. You cannot rely on THEM coming to you, YOU have to push it.. Dont stop makng phone calls till you get with someone who takes an interest. If you are lucky that will be soon If not keep trying. sooner or later someone will. Ill be happy to let you know what I know about the system if you can ler us know more about your case. My advice, Is DONT give UP!!!! CASES ARE won with little physical evidence. AND I might add If you can do a little research that you may find that your children arenot the perps "first victims". I found that our perp has been at it for 15 years and has had multiple victims, two of the previous cases were reported.. The facct is that sometimes it ALL stacks up. KEEP trying. This is no gaurantee but dont let that stop you.
