I am so sorry for you Jack as your case sounds somewhat similar to mine. It is just excruciating to go through it all. There are days that I don't even feel like getting out of bed. I don't sleep at night and am just physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausted. I don't know what you have been through with the court system but if you believe that your daughter has been sexually abused by your ex father in law and your ex is still allowing him visitation maybe you could get something done in family court if you filed a TPO on him. I don't know am just becoming more familiar with the laws myself. I have found that I can't take anyone elses' word on anything when it comes to legal matters. I have done better to research and act alone on info that I have found and it has served me well up to this point. The important thing is to trust your gut because it usually is right. In the meantime, my thoughts are with you and your daughter. I hope that things go well for you. She will be proud later on in life that you stood up for her!
