He has joint custody but in his eyes it may as well be full custody. I see him eow and alot during the summer and on holidays I get weeks. But my ex is still using him as a weapon against me. During court proceedings he stated he would be willing to allow more time with me but now he is telling anyone who will listen I was found unfit, which is a HUGE LIE. In fact you remember the judge only gave him custody after saying my little man was a liar and stated he was never abused and without an eye witness my son wasnt enough of a witness, and because she felt I had my hands too full since I was babysitting my grandson while my dd went to school, and had two special needs kids. But since I dont know the school officials etc I cant prove anything. Its ok though I have a good lawyer and once these other things are taken care of we will be moving for custody since my ex is in contempt on 13 different things on the court order. Hes jumping out of alley ways and bushes with video cameras and just taunting me.
I did get good news today though, my 17 yr old sons case was dismissed! That was a major hurdle.
