Sorry to hear about your daughter and both your trauma.
I know those feeling when they first get arrested...the nightmares, being scared...the everything. Your anger is all justified and so deserved....it's normal.
It will get better in time...It's been 10 yrs since mine . Well, 2 yrs since he's been out. Like a responder before, I can tell you from my and my daughter's experience...outlook on live and trust and love will be different. But never get up hope; and know your not alone...
My daughter went thru similiar circumsataces, and for her could of ended up worse; she went through some some really bad courses thru the years...but we are both still alive...and when judgement day comes I know he will get more then we ever endured.
