How do I help her

I am so sorry to hear this. Do protect your daughter. Although it has been many years since my daughter was abused and I was unaware that this was going on, sadly she did not say anything and in that day and age, parents were not as educated about sexual abuse nor was it so prominent as it is now with information. You must feel as though you are caught between a rock and a hard place because unless something can be proven and you separate, your spouse will be given unsupervised access. If you request or demand that this be investigated, you also will be placed under scrutiny. Do you have a woman's shelter nearby where you live or within the general area? That might be a place to look for support and guidance. You must feel very alone.
