Neither one of them want to speak to me or even respond to my emails. After almost a week, the VWA finally responded to an email but basically said all the questions I had posed to him needed to be addressed to the prosecutor. I sent a reply email asking what it was he could do for us then and what was his role as our advocate. That was last Thursday. Not only has he not replied, but he was in court Friday and I didn't know it. He didn't introduce himself or let me know he was there or anything. I saw him when he was walking out and he left before I was able to get the no contact order for my daughter.
So, today, I called another office. I am hoping they can lead me at least to whoever is in charge/supervision of my local office. I love the rural life but it truly sucks having only 1 prosecutor and 1 VWA.... both of which are males which makes it more difficult for myself and my daughter.
