6 year fight is OVER, what a beautiful mothers day

Hi All, I havent been on the board for quite some time those that have been around for awhile remember me, My daughter and her half sister and I have been fighting for justice for over 6 years its been 11 years since the actual abuse took place and the Perp (bio dad to both sisters) has been commiting his offenses under the radar for over 20 years. Up until last week we were prepaired to take the case to trial which only hinged on my daughters testimony. The DA offered him a plea dealin which he plead guilty to the lesser of the 2 felony child sexual abuse charges against him with a 10 year sentence in max security. To serve a minimum of one pending the conditions of "good behavior" to be "considered for parol" (which we can(and will) contest at that point if neccesary) Then IF he gets Paroled MUST register as a SEX OFFENDER and abide by ALL the rules therein or be charged with yet another FELONY or IF he screws up his parol requirements to go back and do the entire 10 years....
THAT gulty bastard took the deal rather than face his sins in front of a jury. So My daughter does NOT have to testify but was fully prepared to do so. Thank God!!!! Works for me!!!
Just wanted to let you all know to keep pushing on and DONT take NO for an answer even after 11 years you CAN get justice!! It might be one hell of a fight BUT well worth knowing that there is one less Child molester off the streets and he can never ever hurt another innocent child again.
