So the offender was offered a polygraph and I don't know if he will take it. If he does, I am afraid that he will pass it without alerting them to his sociopathic tendencies. I mean, how hard can it be to lie when you believe your own lie?
cps said that they don't really care about the poly, but if he passed it without the examiner being concerned about sociopathic behavior, then that would be something they'd have to consider. Everything else points to guilty, and I believe my daughter. I also know that he is a really good liar and manipulative and probably sociopathic.
Does anyone have experience with this? I hope this doesn't pull my case apart.
