Today my daughter (7) talked about missing her pets at her bio-dad's house. Then after no where she told me not to be mad, but she made it all up. She lied about everything. I don't believe that she did, but I'm worried that investigators will catch wind of it and they will believe that it is a lie. I am afraid that this is going to unravel and she'll wind up back at his place for overnight visits. I'm talking to the therapists about this, but I would love to hear about other kids that have done this? She was pretty emphatic when I told her I didn't believe it was a lie.
Honestly, the kid puts me through as much hell as DSS and the bio-dad.
