This is performed by an LCSW. It is a serious of appointments where they discuss the things that have happened. These LCSWs are specially trained to be able to draw out details of what happened. They recommend a physical exam as well, but I feel that isn't necessary unless he changes his mind and doesn't plead guilty. This form of interviewing is designed to get a recording of every incident that happened and put it to a timeline.
