This situation was disclosed to me on February 16 of this year. My 85 year old husband has been molesting his children his grandchildren and my grandchildren for 60 years. We finally went to see the DA, They are going to offer him a plea bargain of 4 months and sexual predator probation. 4 months is a long time with a bad heart at 85. If I am lucky he never gets out. He was offered that chance to stay here and I would take care him but it would be under my rules. He didn't like my rules so he left and filed for divorce. I go to the lawyer Tuesday to respond for his request for divorce. He wants 169 thousand dollars. My lawyer thinks I can get away with paying him nothing. His income is 2700.00 month and mine is 880.00. His family hates me for calling the police. My granddaughters are doing good. Thank god for that. I need to access my savings to help my son who lost his job, his home, and started a new business as this all happened. So now this man who I loved with my whole heart has made a mess of so much of my live I need to move on.
