If he takes a plea bargain my girls will not have to go to the grand jury and then to trial. It would be easier on them. At 85 and a bad heart he would probably not make it out of jail. You know how they treat them in jail. He would get 6 months in jail and out in 4 with good behavior. Then he would be on the sexual predator probation with all its restrictions. As far as his family goes most of them are not welcome here. I do correspond with the youngest granddaughter. I am the only grandmother she knows. She understands it was a horrendous thing that he mother did by sending those three young children to be with us every week end for 5 years.
