In DOS you can just use SET to see a lot of PC information.
In QB you can use ENVIRON$ too. There are two ways to use it. The first way is to read by number.
count = 1
DO WHILE ENVIRON$(count) <> ""
count = count + 1
Unfortunately, XP and NT have the most information, but neither SET or ENVIRON$ can tell you the processor speed.
You have to test the speed while working in the DOS environment with Windows in the background or not.
