As has been stated too many times before, FB will never be able to compile every existing QB program, since nobody there cares about emulating anything. Now that QB64 is at the place it's at, I think FB should remove the "qb" dialect entirely.

FB is as much like C as QB is; it provides some built-in functionality (like the mouse, threading, image creation, etc.), but it also allows you to link with code written in other languages. QB64 adds just as much "gaming" functionality as FB, and it also adds audio stuff, so one could say that it has moved even further into gaming than FB.

Explain yourself. How can QB64 get better, and how has FB stopped getting better ? Galleon says he plans on supporting linking against external libraries as well, so will you be hating QB64 when this happens ?
