BASIC printing to printerby (no login)
Hi. Haven't messed with BASIC in many years, but still have a little program here for turning BASIC programs into .EXE. I find myself in need again for the ability to write quick and little BASIC routines for a number of reasons.
My question: Is there a simple way to send material to my printer from a BASIC, or compiled BASIC, from a BASIC program? Since I've been looking at BASIC again, nothing seems to work.
Also, there seems to be all kinds of BASICs out there now. Is there anything better than QBASIC that doesn't require relearning everything I know?
Thanks in advance.

|*YES if you use a PC up to XP. You can use LPRINT too if you have an LPT and USB port.||on Mar 12|
