I like my XP better, but there are some good things about 64-bit systems.

The system boots and shuts down faster than any other system I have had, and I appreciate that. It compiles QB64 programs much faster than my older computer running 32-bit XP. Windows 7 appears to be an improvement over Vista. It still makes some errors, but not nearly as many. I like the magnify application, but I'm not happy with the way they manipulate screen resolution. It used to be lowering screen resolution made everything on the screen bigger. Now lowering the screen resolution setting just makes the whole screen display smaller.
