Want a script written for photoshop

I have come across a interesting idea, I wanted to expand a picture when the cursor touched the picture. It would expand the picture for magnification. Does photoshop currently do that or does a script have to be written for the photoshop application. It has many different aspects all catalogs could use this touch with the cursor and see a magnified image. It would be way cool don't you think. Talk to photoshop guru's that work for photoshop application or Adobe and ask.
