You mean "not equal to"?

The operator for that is <>.

IF 1 <> 2 THEN PRINT "not equal."

Alternatively you could do

IF a < b OR a > b THEN PRINT "not equal."

Or are you actually trying to check if a number is between two other numbers?

IF A >= 2 AND A <= 10 THEN PRINT "A is between 2 and 10 (inclusive)"
