It works BETTER in QB64 than Qbasic on my XP.

With QB, sometimes it does nothing and other times it lasts until I press the Control key. I've never seen anything like this before.

I understand the way it is "supposed" to work, but on my PC, Qbasic just won't do it right. Usually the only thing that QB64 excels in is speed and memory. But that seems to be the only way I can get it to work with anything CLOSE to the accuracy Minty claimed.

Although I will stick with a TIMER delay, especially since QB64 can do milliseconds, I have to apologize to Minty because it seems to work for everybody but me.

Sorry Minty! I wasn't trying to pull your leg. It really didn't work.
