EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE! Look up the following commands in the QB64 WIKI:

1)_MOUSEX, _MOUSEY, _MOUSEINPUT, etc.

2) Backgrounds can be made NUMEROUS ways. A simple COLOR statement can make a background color in some SCREEN modes. Also complex backgrounds can be created using the Qbasic graphics statements like LINE and CIRCLE.

3) There are numerous ways to play WAV, MP3 or other sound or music files.
Goto _S and there are a list of them beginning with _SNDOPEN.

4)Qbasic Graphics and _MOUSE stuff again!

5) See _LOADIMAGE to load most picture files. _NEWIMAGE can make custom screens.

Lastly) Look up OPEN, CLOSE, GET, PUT, INPUT, INPUT$, and PRINT file statements.

You sound like a beginner, but don't try to do it all at once! It WILL take time and patience to learn how to do things. Even simple stuff!
