If you haven't compiled anything else since you compiled it, you'll still have the C++ source that QB64 generated in one of the temp subfolders in the internal subfolder. It's not as good as the source, but it's better than disassembling the executable, because at least you'll still have variable names, and the program structure will be more obvious.
P.S. It seems that just opening QB64 (even without compiling anything) can overwrite those files, so it might not be an option.
