      I mean, it's the base conversion problem, the same as translating between base 2 and base 10,

      base 2, 111, means ... huh, 4 + 2 + 1 = 7

      if i have 1h 24mn 36sec 730 msec, i should convert all in milliseconds but then converting back.

      Converting back 3 711 450 msec back to correct time format.

      msec = 450

      then i have a problem... 3 600 000 msec = 1h

      It's the same as converting base 2 <=> base 10
