My family's been in the US for 100 years. I've got some photos of our kin living in what we've called the 'Old Country' that my grandma brought back after a visit in the sixties. One of them is the spitting image of my son (such a beautiful boy, as only a mom would say). He looks to be in a uniform. We were ethnic Serbs living in Croatia. I'm wondering if this looks like a WWII Croatian uniform, and if a Serbian boy living in Croatia would have been inducted into the Croatian army, I understand the two countries were at war.
