I'm sorry but by what measure was he possibly the best striker at the club? His one asset was pace which he has now lost, and he's a mardy get who has fallen out of favour. At his best he was hardly prolific and his only goal this season was a rubbish penalty in the cup.

The only thing concerning me about his departure is numbers at a time when the squad is threadbare but I don't think we are losing a good player at all.
