'Work in progress' seems to sum it up. We've made progress, we could have made more if the other big wages had gone, but there is the kernal of a good young side here. How long it takes to get from promising to delivering is anyones guess. Hopefully it wont be long. Must admit to have been impressed with Wilson so far though. He seems fully focussed on the job in hand, and going about it in the right way.

The realist in me says mid-table finish, but the optimist says we'll get an OK start, get better, then be unbeaten from Christmas to the promotion party. No point fretting, we'll find out where we really are (pleasant surprise or rude awakening) beginning Saturday...
