The fact he only got 5 years takes into account the lack of violence and premeditation. I'm sorry but the more I think and read about this horrible, sordid story, the less respect I have for Ched. I've done some pretty bad things in the past and lived a wild youth but never, ever would I have done what he did. He could have gone into any sauna house in the country, hired any escort he wanted and carried out his fantasy. But he didn't and rightly so he is now paying for it. Do I think there was evil malice in his act, no, but that doesn't count I'm afraid.
