Well it's a little less in McCabe's hands with the rules coming in. It's no longer just a case of paying silly wages, we need to have the turnover as well. The more I learn about these new rules, the more I like them. It should encourage us to develop our youth team through the academy which, let's be honest, is second to none in this league. Our immediate need is a strike force, hopefully Danny et al can uncover a gem for us.
