Speedo can take over in the short term, maybe the longer term but nothing much can change. The squad is more or less settled for the season. We have a good goalie, we have the likes of Morgs and Monty, we are weak at full back so we might see some improvements there but generally there is no money so what has been achieved by sacking Blackie?
