      My understanding is that are wages are all ready to high in relation to turnover and need to be adjusted accordingly.The new retained list is I believe to be published tomorrow and that should throw more light on the subject.But the days of big contracts in Division 1 will be or are a thing of the past,or will be when those on big contracts like Monty ,Cressy and Quinn come to the end of their term.The new system should benefit us I think,but the big earners will reduce the amount left in the Kitty for new signings and in that sense they will/might impede the progress of the club.
