O' Halloran-
i'm sorry i know he is a young lad but my word , what a poor footballer , both in effort and execution

time to get rid of the orange boots and try and realise those white posts with the netting is the goal and you must put the ball in there !
it really angered me how he missed that very easy chance when he had so much time and space to slot the ball in from about 8 yards, then another chance not long after he fluffed a shot
this is a guy who said himself he prefers to play down the middle than on the wing! amazes he can say that when he cant shoot!!!

he should be nowhere near the first 11- i want players that care . praise for Cressy on Saturday (and all season ) very much an unsung hero of this season ( how many would we have scored without him playing most matches i wonder?)
also BT - was so nice to see a bit of the Old BT looking allot sharper ( how sweet would it have been if his shot had gone in!)

Danny please stop using loan players unless we really, really have too .. O'Halloran is just one of many over the past few years who have come to this club with great, high opinions of themselevs , yet have no real skill and do not care one bit about our club ( Nosworthy a example)

Also just wanted to pass on a big thank you to Deadbat for the fantastic reports all season -when finances dont allow attendance to games , it really is excellent to read such a detailed and well written report ( it almost feels like you've been there !)

here's hoping and praying to the mghty Wycombe doing us a big favour !(though i cant see it !) or even stranger , we get to wembley and score ....and win there !! crazy thoughts i know !

...... no don't stop loan players.
That is the only way we can augment and improve what we have.
However there has been a chasm of difference between what we and Wednesday have recruited.
Wednesday have improved not only by the new manager syndrome but the quality of loans they have secured. They have loans who are match winners off the bench or displace a first teamer. Wilson however, for whatever reason has brought players in who can only fill the bench....a very poor effort and shows why we have twice thrown away commanding positions this year alone.
Wilson has blotted his copybook in what has been a reasonable season up to now.
Don't begrudge Wednesday anything they have come up on the rails in a barnstorming finish and are now in the box seat.
We have to win something called a playoff final.

I think Hoskins was a potential match winner. His hernia was terrible luck for us and at a very bad time.

With Hoskins past scoring history he looked a good signing, but was fit enough to be signed.A double hernia, he must have picked it up in practice as he hardly played for the first team.

I'm not a doctor but I thought that hernias are things which develop with time, rather than their being caused by one incident.

I wonder if Hoskins had the hernia when we signed him but it wasn't detected.

Everyone was screaming for DW to bring in a player with pace - which O'Halloran has got, but sadly no end product as yet.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

DW did brilliantly with Clarke and Phillips earlier in the season, so he can spot good loan opportunities.

It all depends on who is available at the time, and how much we can afford to pay them.

Hoskins is a bit of a mystery though. Did he already have a hernia when he arrived? If so the medical team did not do their job.
