Terry Ashley did a full review and did a very thorough explanantion with photos and diagrams of the isues with the applique armour on the kit as opposed to the real thing.

Gound Power number 58 has a good article with drawings of the early British Cruisers and there is a forthcoming title from WW2 Militaria on the A13 specifically which I admit I haven't seen yet.
Hopefully that might have some more info when it appears.
