do we rate french campain tanks as commonwealth tanks (with good will)????

Since I can't recall France at one part of it's history as a complete state as being part of the former british empire. I love seeing the french stuff though. Perhaps we should have the next group build be on the theme of the blitzkrieg (in the west)?
