Greek contestant at the Miss Tourism competition Katerina Lambraki , pulled off the ribbon the Skopjan contestant was wearing as it wrote "Macedonia" and not fYRoM on it (which is the name that should be used in all international organizations etc ) and left the competition.
Katerina Lambraki blamed the organizers whom she had notified before the competition started that they should not allow the Skopjan contestant compete under no name other than fYRoM and that in case they let her compete as representative of "Macedonia", the outcome would not be what they wished for.
Hellene representatives left the competition as well stating that if the incident is repeated, Hellas will not participate in any of the oncoming competitions.
But........The same Skopjian contestant, Suzana Al-Salkini, in October had represented BULGARIA
