Next year, I will not allow tournaments to be advertised the same weekend as states... This is a major part of the problem. JB, you should shut it down and encourage them to go to ONE HOUR SOUTH to Columbus. Call me. I would like to discuss the possibility...

TJAY you are right. I'm encouraging teams to go to state and play. My team will be in state. What about the pickup teams or the little self pay teams that collect entry from all their players on Saturday that can't afford to write a check by Tuesday for $250? I love ASA think it's the best all around organization. I understand what you are saying but did you do the same for NSA and ISA when other tournaments were going on? Even Tbird is supporting ASA and putting a team in it.

Tbird, wasn't it just last week that you said you hosted tournaments for the "love of the game" and that greedy tournament directors were what was ruining the game? And now, you're trying to run a "business" with those fields and Tjay is messing with it? Which one is it?

Its 25 for entry feeand balls plus gas plus food for me my girlfriend and my son... money is just to tight to be spending that much on softball. I love playing but I got priorities that come above softball..

Nighthawks dropped out of Asa state. Now they are playing in Brewer. What was that about Fire and Ice running this tourney. Don't see it happening

Looks like the idiots of Brewer should of went to Asa state at least there they would have protection and would be playing the teams they usually play in Brewer in the E class State. No protection now though!
