Don't worry I have that same problem. I just work with Tony, the founder of this forum and my goalball coach, and we try and try. No matter how much we do it there doesn't seem like there's much we can do so just keep playing and have fun!
Also Tony tells me not to go down until I'm sure where the ball's coming from, but if it's going to fast then that's hard to do!
