I see a bunch of guys swinging these bats. I don't know much about them. Are they really that good and hot out the wrapper?

don't need to shave or roll a z2000. if you have to do that you need to quit softball or not tell anybody that's what you had to do to a bat to hit the fence

I would be careful on buying a z2000 right now. Tps had a bad batch of bats with duribilty issues. If the batch number starts with qc3 or qc4. Good luck. They breaking at 150 to 200 cuts. Z2000+ comes out in march. Z3000 in may. Hope this helps

Heard the same thing about the Z2000. My cousin and I both bought the z2000 late august and both were broken within 250 cuts. Terrible bat and even worse customer service

Slugger will be releasing a new redesigned 2000 in 6 weeks.
3000's will be out in late April, early May unless you have an IN.
They are good bats. I have one that has close to 500 hits on it, balanced 27oz.
I've had Mikens, Worths, etc and I've had problems with them all so it's not just the slugger bat that has had a bad batch.
personal preference.
have any other questions with regards to Slugger, email me louisvillesluggerla@gmail.com

Rumor has it that the 2000s were too hot. They are going to eliminate them by creating the 3000s. Pick up a 2 while you can, if you can!

Re: TPS Z2000

I played this weekend and one guy on the team broke 4 z2000's in 6 games. They were taken out the wrapper and hit, they weren't shaved. Of course, the guy swinging it was 6'2" and around 250. I don't swing Louisville and have not even picked one up. They are very hott, but everyone sees the durability issues. I still have used Worth bats WITHOUT the stamp on them if anyone is looking for a league bat that has not enforced the 2013 stamp yet. I also have New Worths WITH the stamp on them. Text me for info on my used bats. Thanks

I've had my z2000 since April of last year, of course its a players model but I have at least 500 to 600 cuts on my a will no signs of cracking or webbing still going strong.

If the letters and numbers above the grip starts between qc30-qc50 they are from the bad batch. Got that from a tps forum posted by a tps rep

LS has said that qc30-qc50 are the "bad Batch" meaning they could break easily due to a fault in manufacturing.. however LS customer service says swing until failure, and a new bat with one year warranty will b sent to you.

Slugger has the best customer service. You just have to have an actual valid receipt. Can't cheat and make up one like worth or miken.

As long as the seller is an authorized dealer you won't have any issues
