There are no such things as facts; indeed, your "fact" is my fantasy and visa versa. The world may be round, a fact, but it is not necessarily a perfect circle, which makes it less than perfectly round. The sun may rise in the east and set in the west, but as the seasons change, so do the rising and setting points of the sun. If I put a bullet into the head of a felon, a fact, life nevertheless continues for everyone else, also a fact, unless someone puts a bullet into their heads, too.
Facts have a sad way of changing depending upon who collects those so-called facts. In fact, facts are based more on perception than upon reality, whatever that is. Your perception of reality differs from mine just as our so-called facts differ depending on how we view what we consider to be reality. You see a sun set filled with colours filled with various chemicals, yet I see the same sun set orchestrated by the hand of God. Did God cause those chemicals to come together at that percise moment to present us both with a wonderful sunset? Your guess (fact) is as good as mine, almost.
