The 15 and 30K races are filled, in fact, they are over the limit. This will be the largest 15 and 30K field we have ever had. The 50K has about 10 slots left as of Tuesday. After Friday the long range forecast is for good weather and we anticipate the water levels to have crested and be on their way down. The trail should be in great shape for race day. Greyhounds unlimited will be setting up their Booth/ table and bringing some of their Hounds that are up for adoption out to the Rumble. They will be setting up after the races have started. These Dogs are great athletes, some right off the track so will fit in with the Rumble for sure. Our Brew Master Kevin Wessels has the 50K finishers beer capped and aging in the bottles and Lorraine has an incredible label this year that will honor our Veterans. We will be incorporating the new Dorba trails including the new one that intersects at the MADD shelter, so PAY ATTENTION TO THE TRAIL MARKINGS! Antje has graciously volunteered to watch all our gear overnight at the Jackson Pavilion Friday night. She welcomes anyone who would like to camp out and keep her company. We will have the Porta Potties already out there. Make sure race day that you take up as little space as possible parking, as in years past it will be very tight. DO NOT pay to enter the park, tell the attendant that you are in the race. The fee is included in our rental of Jackson Pavilion. For the 15 and 30K there will be a donated (not affiliated with NTTR) 19th hole again this year. Remember, always drink while you run (Confused 2009 AD). Cindy Melder of Starbucks will again have their world famous coffee ( not the, ugh, stuff you see advertised by others) at the start.
