Attention all RAW Navy members (and wannabes)April 30 2012 at 10:15 PM

Season #7 of Monday morning kayaking and canoeing is about to set sail! Start your work week off right with 2 hour-long sessions of serenity before hitting the daily grind.
As in years past, we will meet at a preset boat ramp, usually Oak Grove Park just down the street from the clubhouse at 0600 for the first session and then again at 0700 for the second. Everyone is welcome to attend either or both paddling sessions. We have a few boats, complete with paddles and life vests, available first come-first serve and they will be delivered for you (because RAW is awesome). We do take an occasional week off, as work schedules might prohibit Dog Dude (aka Steve) and Debbie from bringing the fleet out every Monday morning. The RSVP process will remain the same - we will send an email or post the plans on the bulletin board and we just need a response from you to bring you a boat.
The kickoff this year will be on Monday, May 21st. Debbie will entertain or bore all participants with stories of the past year's races. And she promises not to talk anyone into 100-mile races this year (though Jennifer kicked some butt and had fun).
If you have any Monday morning paddle questions/comments/suggestions please email Debbie C at the attached address on the bulletin board.
Hope to see everyone out on the water to watch the sunrise!
Dog Dude (aka Steven, the RAW Navy Admiral) and Debbie (the Cabin Girl)
