Then were looking for YOU. The Bold in the Cold RDs (Kathryn and K2) are conducting Race Director Training. Learn the steps of putting on a race through updates in a FB Group and active participation.
Those interested in learning should be willing to participate by assisting and completing tasks (hands-on training is the best training).
