Join the Flower Mound Striders (now the N. Texas Striders) 5k race to take place at 7:45 am July 4th at the Double Oak Fire House. This is the Fire House where I participate as a volunteer. Active.com will not charge us the usual $3 registration fee. Parade to follow and other family activities-however, not to worry, we will not miss a minute of the afternoon Grapevine festivities.
