House/pet sitter needed

We will be on vacation soon and in need of someone to stay at the house and take care of the dogs. It won't involve much, just feeding them twice a day and letting them roam the house when you are there. No need to be there all day long of course; we are normally gone all day at work anyway and they are used to being alone during that time and also some evenings. I just don't like them to be cooped up 22-23 hours every day for a week if we can avoid it. (We do have a dog sitter/walker that we use sometimes but they just come over and feed them and leave).

We will pay of course and I'll also leave some food there, probably a lasagna or something and some snacks, and beer if you like.

If anyone is interested or knows someone that would be, please shoot me an email at emily.johnston at ey.com. Thank you.

We're in the same boat

We have a doberman that needs a sitter from time to time. We're in the southern part of Flower Mound, about 1/2 mile from Grapevine. Are we near one another? I was thinking that we could see if it would work to trade services. If not, would you let us know when you find someone what what the $$$$$ is? We got Prada from a shelter, so we can always take her there, the price is cheap ($15/day), but it's not convenient.

Thanks, and happy running--

Kathryn

Do you still need someone?

I might know someone. She stayed at our house while we were away this past summer. Let me know the dates and I will check with her.
