Back by popular demand...Friday Trails and Bagels. Friday, March 4, 6:00 am run trails, followed by bagels and darn good coffee at Einstein's in Southlake around 7:15. You do not need to run or walk to join the fun at Einstein's.

I read that title and thought, "Cool, I need to be out there for Friday trails!"

Then I understood it was Trails and Bagels. Not what I initially thought...

How far do you normally run? Do we need a headlamp for a 6am run?
