I am a new LGRAW member transplanted from DRC. If you don't mind showing me the trail, I would love to join you. Where will I meet you and about how long do you plan on running? I would need to be finished by 8:00.
Hi Chris! We leave at 6:00 sharp from the clubhouse (see "where we are"). We run for 60 minutes (about 5 miles) and end up back at the clubhouse. There is another group that leaves at 7:00 so you can do it twice if you want!
Hi, I am Rachel and have been a member with GRAW for over a year but tend to get out WAY before you guys run (usually by 5/5:30AM). I have only run the trails once and would like to start running them on Wednesdays and/or Fridays. I would like to join you tomorrow. See you a bit before 6AM!
