      1. Form an executive team with some social reposibility
      2. Focus on stbility rather than publicity and growh for the sake of political favours
      3. Divest the PM's Falcon it is a waste
      4. Stop anti competitive behaviour
      5. Bring employees on shore, less commuting
      6. Release monopolisticly held resourses at all airports
      7. Stop the practice of hiring recently released CASA employees
      8. Include an employee share facility
      9. Remove the two teired wage scales imposed against Natioan employees
      10. Acquire modern long haul aircraft, the present units are a discrace.
