The only method I'm aware of to test injectors in the vehicle for a leak. Is to hook a scanner up to it. With a pressure gauge hookled up to the rail. You command the pump on to pressureise the system take a pressure reading and command the injector to pulse. Than take another reading.
As far as I know Jordan is right your going to have to pull the injectors to visually inspect them for a leak with the system pressurised. Unless you can get acess to a Chrysler OBDI scan tool.
